The Clearwater location will open its doors to the public on Tuesday, Nov. 27, at 11 a.m. The restaurant will be open for lunch Monday through Sunday and will offer a selection of made-from-scratch meals at a reasonable price. The menu includes hand-breaded chicken tenders, a hand-battered Monte Cristo sandwich, a homemade chicken pot pie, and house-smoked baby back ribs.
